Student Feedback
I felt that this Kyushu educational trip was not only fulfilling, but also provided us with many opportunities to communicate and talk with Japanese people. It was a wonderful and meaningful experience, and I hope to have the opportunity to participate in educational trips organized by the school again in the future.
This educational trip not only allowed us to learn about Japanese classroom habits and fully immerse ourselves in their lives, experience homestay, and enjoy Japanese culture, but also taught us how to plan itineraries and manage our own affairs. We truly benefited a lot.
What impressed me most was my host family. They were very kind, and I learned how to make shrine decorations, which was quite hard work. Dinner was teppanyaki, and everything was very fresh. The rice balls were especially delicious. I also went to soak in a hot spring. It was a very fulfilling day.
This was my first time visiting Kyushu, and also the first time I'd been abroad without my family. I couldn't help feeling nervous, but I bravely took the first step and signed up for this international educational trip with my friends.
Although the process was indeed tough, busy times always fly by, leaving behind a fulfilling and joyful memory, as well as a wealth of valuable experience.
I learned a lot on this trip, such as the Japanese tea ceremony etiquette, which I realized for the first time was so rigorous, with each step having to be done properly. I also learned about Japanese history. This trip was very rewarding and beneficial. It not only improved my English skills but also broadened my horizons, allowing me to see the world beyond Taiwan.
The journey continues.
